We are a small organisation based in Australia, but we have some big ideas.
We believe everybody should have access to high level, science-driven learning and development opportunities to learn skills to not only combat stress, but build resilience to it.
We believe that resilient individuals are the starting point for resilient organisations, communities and families.
That's why we want to work with member-based organisations or associations as well as private and public sector organisations to provide meaningful training that will lead to those resilient organisations, communities and families. The world doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon, so we need skills, not just conversation, to help us navigate unprecedented levels of complexity, pace, challenge and competition.
We don't want people to just 'trust us this will work', we want people to experience the benefits of our training during the workshop and leave the workshop with a set of skills (tools) that have been proven work, while they are in the workshop.
The tools we teach, according to the data, work, and they keep working for as long as attendees continue to get value from them.
The results we are able to achieve are not an accident.
The training we deliver is backed by data that shows statistically significant changes in populations trained across a range of personal and organisationally focussed performance indicators.
To achieve these results we need to engage with people in a meaningful way. We also feel that the goal of any training like this should be more than just 'informational', hence the workshop style of presentation.
If we truly believed that all that was needed to elicit meaningful and long-lasting behavioural change, including compliance with the skills and strategies being taught was 'information' you could just send staff or members a book or a recording.
To achieve this meaningful, long-lasting and effective change there needs to be a willingness, an understanding and an experience.
